YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. We access this subtle state of creativity when we fall asleep at night and wake up in the morning. As a practice of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), it serves as an ideal antidote in our fast-paced lifestyles of information and sensory overload. Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice that aides deep relaxation, inner healing and self-inquiry, while preparing one for meditation.

I have had the pleasure of attending Shobhit’s workshop on Yoga Nidra and gained immense understanding of the practice and the technique which I believe is a life long learning. He's knowledgeable and very approachable. He's the best to initiate & introduce anyone to Yoga Nidra.

Shobhit is extremely knowledgeable yet humble and has a good understanding of Yoga, especially the Yoga Nidra practice. I particularly liked the Yoga Nidra workshop, where he very ably explained the stages of Yoga Nidra and how this is relevant to overall yoga practice.

Shobhit is an amazing teacher and human being. In Yoga Nidra, he knows exactly what to say, where to pause, how much time should be given to each phase of the practice. Even the yoga nidra theory that he explained was very informative and very interactive.
