100-hour YOGA NIDRA TEACHER TRAINING

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. This threshold state, known as the hypnagogic state, holds the potential for deep relaxation, cellular healing, and intuitive creativity. 

 

Yoga Nidra is also a practice of Pratyahara, which in Sanskrit, means withdrawal of senses. This is a growing need in our fast-paced urban lifestyle of information overload. This ancient practice offers profound transformation and is the ideal antidote to all our modern needs.

WHY YOGA NIDRA TEACHER TRAINING?

This course trains yoga teachers and practitioners to teach Yoga Nidra with confidence in class settings, personal sessions, and application across groups of varying needs. It covers the nuances, science and psychology behind Yoga Nidra while diving deeper into self-practice & Sankalpa.

 

Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (YNTT) is a systematically designed program to ensure a holistic approach of practice, application and teaching principles of Satyananda Yoga Nidra.

Shobhit Raj is a Yoga educator from the Satyananda Bihar Yoga tradition. His journey of transformation began in 2010 and there has been no looking back. 
 
Intrigued by the subconscious mind and human behaviour, he specialises in Advanced Yoga Nidra and Meditation. He derives insights and learning from Vipassana, Ayurveda, Tantra, Psychology, and Neuroscience. 
 
As an active proponent of Yoga - he has conducted classes, courses, and trained teachers across India, Europe, and the USA. 
 
Integrating the marriage of Design and Yoga - Shobhit has curated design systems, yoga curriculums, educational videos and meditation audios for Cult.Fit, a1000yoga, Elda Health, Shvasa Yoga, Mamma Miya, Eka, and other brands.

He works with digital wellness startups on UX Design and Content Creation, to enhance quality of life and encourage mindful use of technology.

He also facilitates corporate workshops on Mindfulness, Mental Health, Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy.

 
Shobhit strongly believes that Yoga and Ayurveda are the ancient antidote to our modern lifestyle needs and challenges. His intention is to share knowledge gained over the years from his spiritual guide, teachers, and life experiences.
