The nevous system is one of the most important aspects of the human body. Whether it it navigating stressful situations such as traffic, crowded environments, interpersonal conflict or energetic awakeing through yogic practices - the nervous system governs our responses to all external stimuli and internal sensations.

 

A robust nervous system allows one to handle every experience without burnout and depletion. It is also paramount to strengthen the nervous system before progressing towards subtle yogic practices. Join this online workshop to learn traditional and scientific knowledge, along with practical techniques to regulate the nervous system.

Shobhit Raj is a yoga educator from the Bihar School of Yoga tradition. Intrigued by the subconscious mind and human behaviour, he specialises in Advanced Yoga Nidra and Meditation. He derives insights and learning from Vipassana, Ayurveda, Tantra, Psychology, and Neuroscience. 

As an active proponent of Yoga - he has conducted classes, courses, and trained teachers across India, Europe, and the USA. He is imparting knowledge imbibed over the years from his spiritual guides, teachers, ashram lifestyle and life experiences - with the intention of sharing traditional yoga as a way of life for the urban practitioner.
