About the Event

Antar Mouna translates to inner silence. This is a state of awareness where the conditioned and reactive mind takes a backseat, thus creating space for a witnessing consciousness to surface. When the mind stops identifying with the bombardment of sensory impressions, it naturally leads to a calm state of silence within.

Antar Mouna is an ancient meditative technique from Tantra, and can help in managing the patterns and fluctuations of the mind. It is a powerful and effective practice relevant to the current situation of overwhelm and anxiety.

Join this workshop to understand the fundamentals of meditation, nature of the mind, and explore the practice of Antar Mouna. This is part of a series of workshops aimed at Yoga Teachers to deepen their knowledge and practice. Sincere and dedicated Yoga practitioners are also welcome to participate.
