About the Event

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. We access this state when we fall asleep at night and wake up in the morning. This threshold state, known as the hypnagogic state, holds the potential for deep relaxation, cellular healing, and intuitive creativity.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of Pratyahara, which in Sanskrit, means withdrawal of senses. This is a growing need in our fast-paced urban lifestyle of information overload. We need practices involving silence, stillness, relaxation, and the subconscious mind.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that offers profound transformation and it is the ideal antidote to all our modern needs.

WHY YOGA NIDRA TEACHER TRAINING?

This course trains yoga teachers and other practitioners to teach Yoga Nidra with confidence in class settings, personal sessions, and application across groups of varying needs. It covers the nuances, science and psychology behind Yoga Nidra while diving deeper into self-practice & Sankalpa.
