Chidakasha Dharana is an ancient concentration practice to explore the vast mind space - a storehouse of memories, impressions, dreams, archetypes and symbols.

This practice facilitates the process of Chitta Shuddhi, or mental purification, which is an important prerequisite to experience spontaneous meditation and experience life with higher awareness.

 

CURRICULUM

  • Understanding the Mind (Yogic Psychology)

  • Fundamentals of Visualisation & Concentration

  • Preparatory Practices (Breathing & Relaxation)

  • Self-practice Guidelines & Lifestyle Principles

NOTE

  • Minimum of 3 registered participants for workshop to occur

  • Sound physical & mental health are a prerequisite

  • No recordings or refund for missed sessions

Shobhit Raj is a yoga educator from the Bihar School of Yoga tradition. Intrigued by the subconscious mind and human behaviour, he specialises in Advanced Yoga Nidra and Meditation. He derives insights and learning from Vipassana, Ayurveda, Tantra, Psychology, and Neuroscience. 

As an active proponent of Yoga - he has conducted classes, courses, and trained teachers across India, Europe, and the USA. He is imparting knowledge imbibed over the years from his spiritual guides, teachers, and life experiences - with the intention of sharing traditional yoga as a way of life for the urban practitioner.
